The Opposition National Democratic Congress (NDC) has suspended its former Deputy General Secretary, Samuel Koku Anyidoho.
This decision was communicated through a letter dated 8 February 2021 and signed by the General Secretary of the party, Mr Johnson Asiedu Nketia.
The party’s decision, is based on various petitions submitted to the Funtional Executive Committee and the National Executive Committee against Mr Koku Anyidoho.
The petitioners, Mr Eric Adjei and three others, sought the authority of the National Executive Committee, to suspend their former Deputy General Secretary over anti-party conducts and gross misconduct.
The Functional Executive Committee after suspending Mr Anyidoho’s membership, has forwarded the petitions to the Disciplinary Committee of the party for further actions.
