Okudzeto Ablakwa donates collections received at father’s funeral to Battor Hospital.

Member of Parliament (MP) for North Tongu Constituency, Hon. Samuel Okudzeto and the family have donated all contributions received during the burial and memorial service for the late father, Theophilus Brown Okudzeto, to the Battor Catholic Hospital.

The Ranking Member on the Foreign Affairs Committee of Parliament took to social media to announce the donation, which took place today, Tuesday, 17th August, 2021.

“Consistent with our family’s announcement at the funeral & memorial service of my late dad, we were at the Battor Catholic Hospital earlier today to donate all collections received for the family during the service. We hope it would help vulnerable patients in need of financial support,” the MP posted on Facebook.

The late Theophilus Brown Okudzeto was laid to rest on Saturday, August 14, 2021, after a burial service which saw prominent individuals including Former President Mahama, NDC 2020 Vice Presidential Candidate, Prof. Jane Naana Opoku-Agyemang, Dr. Archibald Letsa, Volta Regional Minister, Hon. Haruna Idrissu, Minority Leader in Parliament of Ghana, other Ministers of State and Members of Parliament in attendance.
